The commercial complex is located on a typical commercial plot on a busy road in Bangalore. The facade re-articulates the classical Corbusian ‘Brise Soleil’ to add dynamism. This animated facade cuts the glare of the sun while modulating a syncopated rhythm of light and shadow.
Max Pharma, the developers of the project occupy one of the many office spaces in the building.
